  • Pennsylvania firm buys Research Triangle Park warehouse for $12.5 million

    A Research Triangle Park-based industrial building, previously owned by the Silverman Group, has been sold for $12.5 million.

    Dubbed Research Tri-Center North V, it’s a multi-tenant warehouse space located at 3500 North Tri-Center Boulevard in Durham. The New Jersey firm sold the building to Pennsylvania firm Stoltz Real Estate Partners.
